Hire our minibus for your community trip!
Community Hire
Maximum 16 passengers
If you’re a community group in need of transport for an event or activity, we’d love to hear from you. Our minibus will take you there and back. Depending on circumstances, we could even pick you up and drop you at your own homes. Note that minibus hire always comes with our own driver. You cannot hire the minibus on its own.

WHO CAN HIRE OUR MINIBUS?
We’re a charity operating under a permit issued by the Department for Transport, so there are restrictions on who we can take.

• Community Groups
Any recognised community group can hire our minibus. You could be involved in music, sports, creativity, conservation, rambling, or any other aspect of community life. Your organisation doesn’t need a formal constitution or membership, so long as you regularly get together to pursue your shared interests. Your group must book and pay as a single organisation.

• Groups coming together for a one-off trip
Any other group of residents could come together to travel to a one-off event. If you need to hire our minibus “because of age, sickness, disability (mental or physical), poverty or a lack of adequate public transport services”, we can take you. For this type of community hire, each passenger must book and pay individually for their seat, although one of your group could collect the names, bookings, and payments on our behalf.
